Curt Hooper is the company’s Director of Finance, Administration & Business Risk and handles the overall financial forecasting, financials, and cash flow management. He has  His over 18 years of experience in integral and increasing financial roles, including as Divisional Controller at Lennar Corporation, Director of Finance and Operations at Mattamy Homes and KB Homes, poises him with the experience necessary to provide value to any construction project. He also supervises risk, compensation, HR, and internal financial process documentation. Curt oversees multiple projects and works on business operations, budgeting, taxes, owner relations, vendor relations, financial statements, period over period analysis and many other operational duties needed by the company. With his insight and experience in financial planning, he ensures that all projects are managed correctly and remain profitable.

Curt holds a bachelor’s degree in BSBA Accounting/Finance from the University of Central Florida.
