Larry, a Certified General Contractor, has successfully established our company in the State of Florida and propelled us to grow in surrounding areas. He has extensive construction experience with over 37 years in the industry in varying capacities. His well versed knowledge and relationships throughout Florida and the country help to maintain a thriving construction company which is poised to make our clients’ dreams a reality.

Larry Jordan has experience in total design construction solutions: residential, commercial construction, including hospital construction, office and retail spaces, industrial, emergency response, DOT, development, design, engineering and general construction services for replacement and repair. He provides consultation and evaluations, maintenance programs, 24‐hour emergency services repair and are experienced in most products and construction systems. He excels at general construction, our core business, but also offer a full range of related and complimentary services and products, as indicated.

Larry has developed thousands of single-family and townhome lots for home builders, commercial properties, and other uses over the years. He has a keen sense for detail and problem solving with over a hundred custom homes built from $650k up to $7M in value. He has successfully built thousands of production homes and townhomes.

As the demand for upscale residential communities and resorts in Central Florida grew, Larry and his partner, Giovanni, established Jordan Construction & Development to meet those demands, as well as go beyond the highest levels of professionalism and integrity in the industry. Examples of JCD’s accomplishments can be seen across the tourist corridor and the rest of Central Florida.  As a general contractor,  Larry Jordan and JCD offer their clients a business partner who will facilitate the entire construction process. Services include pre‐construction concerns, development of construction budgets, construction scheduling, management of subcontractors, working with government entities, and the finalization of all projects on the most time and cost‐effective basis possible. Throughout his career Larry has had various achievements including being nationally recognized by the National Home Builders Association along with the Pacesetter Award from the National Custom  Home Magazine; local awards include HBA recognition,Construction Management Awards, and Best Kitchen Design.

Larry holds a degree in Construction Management and Estimating.
